THE CHALLENGE
The hotel was rolling out a new in-room entertainment system, VoIP phone upgrade, and guest Wi-Fi improvements — across 7 floors, 85 rooms, and all common areas. The work needed to be done quietly, cleanly, and around the clocking-in of guests — without shutting down rooms or interrupting service.
OUR APPROACH
QVR worked in tight coordination with hotel management and IT, installing new PoE switches, upgrading access points, and integrating the new IPTV system during daytime windows between check-outs and check-ins. Our team ensured all patching was tidy, labelled, and tested room-by-room with reporting back to the client daily.

- The hotel now boasts faster, more reliable guest Wi-Fi and modern in-room systems
