THE CHALLENGE
This growing primary school was struggling with unreliable internet in classrooms and outdated phone lines in the admin block. Teachers were relying on patchy Wi-Fi, and the ageing comms room setup made troubleshooting a nightmare.
OUR APPROACH
QVR worked closely with the school’s IT coordinator and the Department of Education’s guidelines to deliver a staged rollout across the campus during term breaks. We replaced old copper cabling, installed new Cat6 data lines, and reconfigured their comms cabinet to make future changes easier.
THE RESULT
- Every classroom now has rock-solid wired and wireless connectivity
- Admin staff have a new VoIP-ready phone system backbone
- The comms room is labelled, logical, and easy to maintain
